The Claverack Republican Club is gearing up for their annual roadside cleanup on Saturday, May 13th, 2023, and we need your help to make it a success! The cleanup will cover three one-mile stretches of road leading to the traffic light in the Claverack Hamlet, and the goal is to remove as much trash, litter, and debris as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to work together with members of the community to make our streets cleaner and safer for everyone. Over the years, many residents have volunteered their time and energy to this project, and their dedication has been an inspiration to all. With your help, we can continue this proud tradition of community service. Volunteers of at least 12 years of age are welcome to join us, and you don't have to be a member of the Claverack Republican Club to participate. The event, expected to take just a couple hours, will start with coffee, donuts, and a chance to meet your fellow volunteers 9:00 AM at the A.B. Shaw Firehouse parking lot.
