Once again, the Claverack Republican Club held its annual community Easter egg hunt at the Claverack Town Park. The event, held Saturday April 19th, brought over 200 kids - Easter baskets in hand - to meet the Easter bunny and hunt for the prized eggs!
The event featured egg hunts for all Claverack children in three age categories - 1 to 3 years, 4 to 6 years, and 7 to 9 years old. First, second and third place prizes were awarded in each age category. Coffee, donuts, light refreshments, and good conversation were enjoyed by all. Many thanks to all the volunteers who helped make this year’s event another success.
